MGS ResourcesThe goal of the Minnesota Genealogical Society (MGS) and its branches is to provide genealogical software for the use of the members and community while visiting the library. This software is available at the Minnesota Genealogical Library located in Golden Valley, Minnesota. The collection is intended to provide a diverse group of information ranging from digital books and articles to vital statistics and military records to immigration and mapping records and many other areas of research. The software was collected for searchers looking in the United States and around the world. Currently, our software collection exceeds 475 titles. The growing quantity of programs available at the MGS Library is best seen in the MGS library's card catalog. This catalog can be seen in the library or online at http://216.160.0.102:210/m3/apps/m3opac/MGSLibrary . While at the library do not miss the paid library editions of Internet sites free to the members of MGS and it's branches. |
